TWO APPROACHES TO LIFE:
BY SIGHT
BY FAITH
What difference does faith make?
Faith is the way to please God. (Hebrews 11:6)
Faith is a key to lasting relationships. (1Corinthians 13:7)
Faith gives me confidence. (2 Corinthians 5:6-8)
Faith dramatically increases my capacity. (John 14:12)
Faith helps solve impossible problems. (Matthew 17:20)
Faith encourages others. (1 Thessalonians 3:7)
WEEK ONE: Moving Mountains
Matthew 17:20
Jesus said,”Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”
Three Questions
1. Do I believe God still moves mountains?
2. If God could move one mountain in my life, what would it be?
3. Am I focused on the mountain or the mountain-moving God?
Faith is not the absence of fear and doubt.
