An Age of Religious Deception<\/strong><\/h2>\nLuke 21:5-8 (ESV) <\/b>
\n5 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0And while some were speaking of the temple, how it was adorned with noble stones and offerings, he said,
\n6 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0\u201cAs for these things that you see, the days will come when there will not be left here one stone upon another that will not be thrown down.\u201d<\/span>
\n7 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0And they asked him, \u201cTeacher, when will these things be, and what will be the sign when these things are about to take place?\u201d
\n8 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0And he said, \u201cSee that you are not led astray. For many will come in my name, saying, \u2018I am he!\u2019 and, \u2018The time is at hand!\u2019 Do not go after them.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\nMark 13:3-4 (ESV) <\/b>
\n3 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0And as he sat on the Mount of Olives opposite the temple, Peter and James and John and Andrew asked him privately,
\n4 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0\u201cTell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign when all these things are about to be accomplished?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n2 Corinthians 11:13-15 (ESV)<\/b>
\n13 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ.
\n14 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light.
\n15 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0So it is no surprise if his servants, also, disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their deeds.<\/p>\n2 Timothy 3:1-4 (ESV) <\/b>
\n1 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty.
\n2 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy,
\n3 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good,
\n4 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n
An Age of Global Disasters<\/strong><\/h2>\nLuke 21:9-11 (ESV) <\/b>
\n9 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0And when you hear of wars and tumults, do not be terrified, for these things must first take place, but the end will not be at once.\u201d<\/span>
\n10 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0Then he said to them, \u201cNation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.<\/span>
\n11 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0There will be great earthquakes, and in various places famines and pestilences. And there will be terrors and great signs from heaven.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\nMatthew 24:8 (ESV) <\/b>
\n8 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0All these are but the beginning of the birth pains.<\/span>
\n<\/span><\/p>\nRevelation 8:6-12 (ESV) <\/b>
\n6 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0Now the seven angels who had the seven trumpets prepared to blow them. <\/span>
\n7 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0The first angel blew his trumpet, and there followed hail and fire, mixed with blood, and these were thrown upon the earth. And a third of the earth was burned up, and a third of the trees were burned up, and all green grass was burned up.
\n8 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0The second angel blew his trumpet, and something like a great mountain, burning with fire, was thrown into the sea, and a third of the sea became blood.

\n11 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0The name of the star is Wormwood. A third of the waters became wormwood, and many people died from the water, because it had been made bitter.
\n12 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0The fourth angel blew his trumpet, and a third of the sun was struck, and a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of their light might be darkened, and a third of the day might be kept from shining, and likewise a third of the night. <\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n
