Richard Jones<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!--[if lt IE 9]><script>document.createElement('audio');<\/script><![endif]-->\n<audio class=\"wp-audio-shortcode\" id=\"audio-9743-1\" preload=\"none\" style=\"width: 100%;\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"audio\/mpeg\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crossroadchristianfellowship.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/06-07-2026.mp3?_=1\" \/><a href=\"http:\/\/www.crossroadchristianfellowship.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/06-07-2026.mp3\">http:\/\/www.crossroadchristianfellowship.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/06-07-2026.mp3<\/a><\/audio>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Warning of the Judge<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><b>Luke 12:57-59 (ESV) <\/b><br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">57 <\/span><\/sup><span class=\"ind\">\u00a0<span class=\"JesusWords\">\u201cAnd why do you not judge for yourselves what is right?<\/span><br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">58 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0<span class=\"JesusWords\">As you go with your accuser before the magistrate, make an effort to settle with him on the way, lest he drag you to the judge, and the judge hand you over to the officer, and the officer put you in prison.<\/span><br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">59 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0<span class=\"JesusWords\">I tell you, you will never get out until you have paid the very last penny.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Isaiah 59:1-2 (ESV) <\/b><br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 <\/span><\/sup><span class=\"poetry1\">\u00a0Behold, the LORD\u2019s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save,<\/span> <span class=\"poetry2\">or his ear dull, that it cannot hear;<\/span> <span class=\"poetry1\"><br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0but your iniquities have made a separation <span class=\"poetry2\">between you and your God,<\/span> and your sins have hidden his face from you <span class=\"poetry2\">so that he does not hear.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Ezekiel 33:11 (ESV) <\/b><br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">11 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0Say to them, As I live, declares the Lord <span style=\"font-variant: small-caps;\">GOD<\/span>, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live; turn back, turn back from your evil ways, for why will you die, O house of Israel? <span class=\"ind\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Warning of Certain Judgement<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><b>Luke 13:1-5 (ESV) <\/b><br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 <\/span><\/sup><span class=\"ind\">\u00a0There were some present at that very time who told him about the Galileans whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices.<br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0And he answered them, <span class=\"JesusWords\">\u201cDo you think that these Galileans were worse sinners than all the other Galileans, because they suffered in this way?<\/span><br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0<span class=\"JesusWords\">No, I tell you; but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish.<\/span><br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0<span class=\"JesusWords\">Or those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them: do you think that they were worse offenders than all the others who lived in Jerusalem?<\/span><br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0<span class=\"JesusWords\">No, I tell you; but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Warning of Limited Time<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><b>Luke 13:6-9 (ESV) <\/b><br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6 <\/span><\/sup><span class=\"ind\">\u00a0And he told this parable: <span class=\"JesusWords\">\u201cA man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard, and he came seeking fruit on it and found none.<\/span><br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0<span class=\"JesusWords\">And he said to the vinedresser, \u2018Look, for three years now I have come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and I find none. Cut it down. Why should it use up the ground?\u2019<\/span><br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">8 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0<span class=\"JesusWords\">And he answered him, \u2018Sir, let it alone this year also, until I dig around it and put on manure.<\/span><br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">9 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0<span class=\"JesusWords\">Then if it should bear fruit next year, well and good; but if not, you can cut it down.\u2019\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Isaiah 55:6-7 (ESV) <\/b><br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0\u201cSeek the LORD while he may be found; <span class=\"poetry2\">call upon him while he is near;<\/span> <span class=\"poetry1\"><br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0let the wicked forsake his way, <span class=\"poetry2\">and the unrighteous man his thoughts;<\/span> let him return to the <span style=\"font-variant: small-caps;\">LORD<\/span>, that he may have compassion on him, <span class=\"poetry2\">and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Work of Mercy<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><b>Luke 13:10-17 (ESV) <\/b><br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">10 <\/span><\/sup><span class=\"ind\">\u00a0Now he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the Sabbath.<br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">11 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0And behold, there was a woman who had had a disabling spirit for eighteen years. She was bent over and could not fully straighten herself.<br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">12 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0When Jesus saw her, he called her over and said to her, <span class=\"JesusWords\">\u201cWoman, you are freed from your disability.\u201d<\/span><br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">13 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0And he laid his hands on her, and immediately she was made straight, and she glorified God.<br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">14 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0But the ruler of the synagogue, indignant because Jesus had healed on the Sabbath, said to the people, \u201cThere are six days in which work ought to be done. Come on those days and be healed, and not on the Sabbath day.\u201d<br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">15 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0Then the Lord answered him, <span class=\"JesusWords\">\u201cYou hypocrites! Does not each of you on the Sabbath untie his ox or his donkey from the manger and lead it away to water it?<\/span><br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">16 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0<span class=\"JesusWords\">And ought not this woman, a daughter of Abraham whom Satan bound for eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the Sabbath day?\u201d<\/span><br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">17 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0As he said these things, all his adversaries were put to shame, and all the people rejoiced at all the glorious things that were done by him.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WARNINGS OF DANGER And A WORK OF MERCY Luke 12: 57 &#8211; 13: 17 by Rev.
