Richard Jones<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!--[if lt IE 9]><script>document.createElement('audio');<\/script><![endif]-->\n<audio class=\"wp-audio-shortcode\" id=\"audio-9474-1\" preload=\"none\" style=\"width: 100%;\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"audio\/mpeg\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crossroadchristianfellowship.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/12-07-25.mp3?_=1\" \/><a href=\"http:\/\/www.crossroadchristianfellowship.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/12-07-25.mp3\">http:\/\/www.crossroadchristianfellowship.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/12-07-25.mp3<\/a><\/audio>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>A Shocking Scene<\/b><\/h2>\n<h3><b>Luke 7: 36-39<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>36\u00a0<\/b><b>One of the Pharisees asked him to eat with him, and He went into the Pharisee&#8217;s house and reclined at table.\u00a0<\/b><b>37\u00a0<\/b><b>And behold, a woman of the city, who was a sinner, when she learned that He was reclining at table in the Pharisee&#8217;s house, brought an alabaster flask of ointment, <\/b><b>38\u00a0<\/b><b>and standing behind Him at his feet, weeping, she began to wet His feet with her tears and wiped them with the hair of her head and kissed His feet and anointed them with the ointment.\u00a0<\/b><b>39\u00a0<\/b><b>Now when the Pharisee who had invited Him saw this, he said to himself, \u201cIf\u00a0this man were\u00a0a prophet, He\u00a0would have known who and what sort of woman this is who is touching him, for she is a sinner.\u201d\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>A Sinners Love<\/b><\/h2>\n<h3><b>Luke 7: 40-50<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>40<\/b><b> And Jesus answering said to him, <\/b><b>\u201cSimon, I have something to say to <\/b><b>you.\u201d And he answered, \u201cSay it, Teacher.\u201d <\/b><b>41<\/b><b> \u201cA certain moneylender had two debtors. One owed five hundred denarii, and the other fifty. <\/b><b>42<\/b><b> When they could not pay, he cancelled the debt of both. <\/b><b>Now which of them will love him more?\u201d <\/b><b>43<\/b><b> Simon answered, \u201cThe one, I suppose, for whom he cancelled the larger debt.\u201d And He said to him, \u201cYou have judged rightly.\u201d <\/b><b>44<\/b><b> Then turning toward <\/b><b>the woman He said to Simon, <\/b><b>\u201cDo you see this woman? <\/b><b>I entered your house; you gave me no <\/b><b>water for my feet, but she has wet my feet with her tears and wiped them with her hair.<\/b> <b>45<\/b><b> You gave me no kiss, but from the time I came in she has not ceased to kiss my feet. <\/b><b>46<\/b><b> You did not anoint my <\/b><b>head with oil, but she has <\/b><b>anointed my feet with ointment. <\/b><b>Therefore, I tell you, her sins, which are many, are forgiven\u2014for she loved much. But he who is forgiven little, loves little.\u201d <\/b><b>48<\/b><b> And he said to her, \u201cYour sins are forgiven.\u201d <\/b><b>49<\/b><b> Then those who were at table with Him began to say among themselves, <\/b><b>\u201c<\/b><b>Who is this, who<\/b> <b>even forgives sins?\u201d <\/b><b>50<\/b><b> And He said to the woman, \u201cYour <\/b><b>faith has saved you; go in peace.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ephesians 1: 7\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><b>Psalm 103: 3-4<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>3 <\/b><b>who forgives all your iniquity, <\/b><b>who heals all your diseases, <\/b><b>4\u00a0<\/b><b>who redeems your life from the pit, <\/b><b>who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy,<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>A Service Shared<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><b>Luke 8: 1-3<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>1 Soon afterward He went on through cities and villages, proclaiming and bringing the good news of the kingdom of <\/b><b>God.
