All that Solomon had planned to do in the house of the Lord and in his own house he successfully accomplished. <\/b><b>12<\/b><b> Then the Lord appeared to Solomon in the night and said to him: \u201cI have heard your prayer and have chosen this place for myself as a house of sacrifice. <\/b><b>13<\/b><b> When I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or command the locust to devour the land, or send pestilence among my people,<\/b><b> 14 <\/b><b>if my people who are called by my name humble <\/b><b>themselves, and<\/b><b> pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land. <\/b><b>15<\/b><b> Now my eyes will be open and my ears attentive to the prayer that is made in this place. <\/b><b>16<\/b><b> For now I have chosen and consecrated this house that my name may be there forever. My eyes and my heart will be there for all time.<\/b><\/p>\n<h3><b><i>Jeremiah 33: 6-9<\/i><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>6<\/b><b> Behold, I will bring to it health and healing, and I will heal them and reveal to them abundance of prosperity and security. <\/b><b>7<\/b><b> I will restore the fortunes of Judah and the fortunes of <\/b><b>Israel, and<\/b><b> rebuild them as they were at first. <\/b><b>8<\/b><b> I will cleanse them from all the guilt of their sin against me, and I will forgive all the guilt of their sin and rebellion against me. 9 And this city shall be to me a name of joy, a praise and a glory before all the nations of the earth who shall hear of all the good that I do for them. They shall fear and tremble because of all the good and all the prosperity I provide for it.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b><i>The Application &#8211; Galatians 3: 28-29<\/i><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>28<\/b><b> There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. <\/b><b>29<\/b><b> And if you are Christ&#8217;s, then you are Abraham&#8217;s offspring, heirs according to promise.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b><i>The Requirement &#8211; 2 Chronicles 7: 14<\/i><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>14<\/b><b> if my people who are called by my name humble <\/b><b>themselves, and<\/b><b> pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.<\/b><\/p>\n<h3><b><i>James 4: 6<\/i><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>6<\/b><b> But He gives more grace. <\/b><b>Therefore<\/b><b> it says, \u201cGod opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<h3><b><i>Luke 18: 1<\/i><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>And He told them a parable to the effect that they ought always to pray and not lose heart.<\/b><\/p>\n<h3><b><i>Psalm 51: 16-17<\/i><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>16<\/b><b>For you will not delight in sacrifice, or I would give it; you will not be pleased with a burnt offering. <\/b><b>17<\/b><b> The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise.<\/b><\/p>\n<h3><b><i>Psalm 139: 23-24<\/i><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>23 <\/b><b>Search me, O God, and know my heart!
