7 BOWLS OF BAD<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Revelation Chapters 15 & 16<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

PRAISE TO THE KING\u00a0 \u00a0Revelation 15: 1-4<\/b><\/h3>\n

\u00a0Then I saw another sign in heaven, great and amazing, seven angels with seven plagues, which are the last, for with them the wrath of God is finished. <\/span><\/span><\/span>2 <\/span><\/span><\/span>And I saw what appeared to be a sea of glass mingled with fire\u201d\u201dand also those who had conquered the beast and its image and the number of its name, standing beside the sea of glass with harps of God in their hands. <\/span><\/span><\/span>3 <\/span><\/span><\/span>And they sing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, <\/span><\/span><\/span>\u201c<\/span>Great and amazing are your deeds, O Lord God the Almighty! Just and true are your ways, O King of the nations! <\/span><\/span><\/span>4 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Who will not fear, O Lord, and glorify your name? For you alone are holy. All nations will come and worship you, for your righteous acts have been revealed.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

PRELUDE TO THE END\u00a0 \u00a0Revelation 15: 5-8 <\/b><\/h3>\n

\u00a0After this I looked, and the sanctuary of the tent of witness in heaven was opened, <\/span><\/span><\/span>6 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>and out of the sanctuary came the seven angels with the seven plagues, clothed in pure, bright linen, with golden sashes around their chests. <\/span><\/span><\/span>7 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>And one of the four living creatures gave to the seven angels seven golden bowls full of the wrath of God who lives forever and ever, <\/span><\/span><\/span>8 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>and the sanctuary was filled with smoke from the glory of God and from his power, and no one could enter the sanctuary until the seven plagues of the seven angels were finished.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/b><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

POURING OF THE WRATH\u00a0 \u00a0Revelation 16: 1-7<\/b><\/h3>\n

\u00a0 Then I heard a loud voice from the temple telling the seven angels, \u201cGo and pour out on the earth the seven bowls of the wrath of God.\u201d <\/span><\/span><\/span>2 <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>So the first angel went and poured out his bowl on the earth, and harmful and painful sores came upon the people who bore the mark of the beast and worshiped its image. <\/span><\/span><\/span>3 <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>The second angel poured out his bowl into the sea, and it became like the blood of a corpse, and every living thing died that was in the sea. <\/span><\/span><\/span>4 <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>The third angel poured out his bowl into the rivers and the springs of water, and they became blood. <\/span><\/span><\/span>5 <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>And I heard the angel in charge of the waters say, <\/span><\/span><\/span>\u201c<\/span>Just are you, O Holy One, who is and who was, for you brought these judgments. <\/span><\/span><\/span>6 <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets,
\nand you have given them blood to drink. It is what they deserve!\u201d <\/span><\/span><\/span>7 <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>And I heard the altar saying, <\/span><\/span><\/span>\u201c<\/span>Yes, Lord God the Almighty, true and just are your judgments!\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

PUNISHING OF THE STUBBORN\u00a0 \u00a0Revelation 16: 8-11<\/b><\/h3>\n

\u00a0 The fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, and it was allowed to scorch people with fire. <\/span><\/span><\/span>9 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>They were scorched by the fierce heat, and they cursed the name of God who had power over these plagues. They did not repent and give him glory. <\/span><\/span><\/span>10 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>The fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and its kingdom was plunged into darkness. People gnawed their tongues in anguish <\/span><\/span><\/span>11 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>and cursed the God of heaven for their pain and sores. They did not repent of their deeds.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Isaiah 60: 2<\/h3>\n

For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and thick darkness the peoples; but the <\/span><\/span><\/span>Lord <\/span><\/span><\/span>will arise upon you, and his glory will be seen upon you.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Mark 13: 24<\/h3>\n

\u201c<\/span>But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

PREPARATION FOR THE BATTLE\u00a0 \u00a0Revelation 16: 12-16<\/b><\/h3>\n

The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up, to prepare the way for the kings from the east. <\/span><\/span><\/span>13 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>And I saw, coming out of the mouth of the dragon and out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet, three unclean spirits like frogs. <\/span><\/span><\/span>14 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>For they are\u00a0demonic spirits, performing signs, who go abroad to the kings of the whole world, to assemble them for battle on the great day of God the Almighty. <\/span><\/span><\/span>15 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>(\u201cBehold, I am coming like a thief! Blessed is the one who stays awake, keeping his garments on, that he may not go about naked and be seen exposed!\u201d) <\/span><\/span><\/span>16 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>And they assembled them at the place that in Hebrew is called Armageddon.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/b><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Zechariah 12: 8-9<\/h3>\n

On that day the <\/span><\/span><\/span>Lord <\/span><\/span><\/span>will protect the inhabitants of Jerusalem, so that the feeblest among them on that day shall be like David, and the house of David shall be like God, like the angel of the <\/span><\/span><\/span>Lord<\/span><\/span><\/span>, going before them. <\/span><\/span><\/span>9 <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>And on that day I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

POUNDING OF THE REBELLIOUS\u00a0 \u00a0Revelation 16: 17-21<\/b><\/h3>\n

The seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air, and a loud voice came out of the temple, from the throne, saying, \u201cIt is done!\u201d <\/span><\/span><\/span>18 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>And there were\u00a0flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder, and a great earthquake such as there had never been since man was on the earth, so great was that earthquake. <\/span><\/span><\/span>19 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>The great city was split into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell, and God remembered Babylon the great, to make her drain the cup of the wine of the fury of his wrath. <\/span><\/span><\/span>20 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>And every island fled away, and no mountains were to be found. <\/span><\/span><\/span>21 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>And great hailstones, about one hundred pounds each, fell from heaven on people; and they cursed God for the plague of the hail, because the plague was so severe.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/b><\/h3>\n

Revelation 8: 5<\/h3>\n

Then the angel took the censer and filled it with fire from the altar and threw it on the earth, and there were peals of thunder, rumblings, flashes of lightning, and an earthquake.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Revelation 11: 19<\/h3>\n

Then God’s temple in heaven was opened, and the ark of his covenant was seen within his temple. There were flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder, an earthquake, and heavy hail.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Jeremiah 4: 23-26<\/h3>\n

\u00a0I looked on the earth, and behold, it was without form and void; and to the heavens, and they had no light. <\/span><\/span><\/span>24 <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>I looked on the mountains, and behold, they were quaking, and all the hills moved to and fro. <\/span><\/span><\/span>25 <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>I looked, and behold, there was no man, and all the birds of the air had fled. <\/span><\/span><\/span>26 <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>I looked, and behold, the fruitful land was a desert, and all its cities were laid in ruins<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\nbefore the <\/span><\/span><\/span>Lord<\/span><\/span><\/span>, before his fierce anger.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

1 Thessalonians 1: 10<\/h3>\n
