Richard Jones<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.crossroadchristianfellowship.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/rec0603-113109.mp3\">rec0603-113109<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>1 Timothy 3:1-7 (ESV) <\/b><br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 <\/span><\/sup><span class=\"ind\">\u00a0The saying is trustworthy: If anyone aspires to the office of overseer, he desires a noble task.<br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0Therefore an overseer must be above reproach, the husband of one wife, sober-minded, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach,<br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0not a drunkard, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money.<br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0He must manage his own household well, with all dignity keeping his children submissive,<br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0for if someone does not know how to manage his own household, how will he care for God\u201d\u2122s church?<br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0He must not be a recent convert, or he may become puffed up with conceit and fall into the condemnation of the devil.<br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0Moreover, he must be well thought of by outsiders, so that he may not fall into disgrace, into a snare of the devil. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Testimony by Bill Paul rec0603-111812 1 Thessalonians 5:14 (ESV) 14 \u00a0And we urge you, brothers, admonish the idle, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient with them all. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Sermon by Rec.
