Isaiah 9:1-7 (ESV)
\n<\/strong>1 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0 But there will be no gloom for her who was in anguish. In the former time he brought into contempt the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, but in the latter time he has made glorious the way of the sea, the land beyond the Jordan, Galilee of the nations. <\/span>
\n2 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0 The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light;<\/span> those who dwelt in a land of deep darkness, on them has light shone.<\/span>
\n3 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0You have multiplied the nation; you have increased its joy;<\/span> they rejoice before you as with joy at the harvest,<\/span> as they are glad when they divide the spoil.<\/span>
\n4 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0For the yoke of his burden, and the staff for his shoulder,<\/span> the rod of his oppressor,<\/span> you have broken as on the day of Midian.<\/span>
\n5 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0For every boot of the tramping warrior in battle tumult and every garment rolled in blood<\/span> will be burned as fuel for the fire.<\/span>
\n6 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0For to us a child is born, to us a son is given;<\/span> and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called<\/span> Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.<\/span>
\n7 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0Of the increase of his government and of peace there will be no end,<\/span> on the throne of David and over his kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it<\/span> with justice and with righteousness from this time forth and forevermore.<\/span> The zeal of the LORD of hosts will do this. <\/span><\/p>\n

Matthew 4:12-16 (ESV)
\n<\/strong>12 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0Now when he heard that John had been arrested, he withdrew into Galilee.
\n13 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0And leaving Nazareth he went and lived in Capernaum by the sea, in the territory of Zebulun and Naphtali,
\n14 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0so that what was spoken by the prophet Isaiah might be fulfilled:
\n15 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0\u201cThe land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, the way of the sea, beyond the Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles\u201d\u201d<\/span>
\n16 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0the people dwelling in darkness have seen a great light,<\/span> and for those dwelling in the region and shadow of death, on them a light has dawned.\u201d<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Hebrews 4:15 (ESV)
\n<\/strong>15 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin.<\/p>\n

Revelation 19:11-16 (ESV)
\n<\/strong>11 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0Then I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse! The one sitting on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he judges and makes war.
\n12 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0His eyes are like a flame of fire, and on his head are many diadems, and he has a name written that no one knows but himself.
\n13 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0He is clothed in a robe dipped in blood, and the name by which he is called is The Word of God.
\n14 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0And the armies of heaven, arrayed in fine linen, white and pure, were following him on white horses.
\n15 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0From his mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations, and he will rule them with a rod of iron. He will tread the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty.
\n16 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0On his robe and on his thigh he has a name written, King of kings and Lord of lords. <\/span><\/p>\n

Revelation 20:4-6 (ESV)
\n<\/strong>4 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0Then I saw thrones, and seated on them were those to whom the authority to judge was committed. Also I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus and for the word of God, and those who had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.
\n5 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended. This is the first resurrection.
\n6 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0Blessed and holy is the one who shares in the first resurrection! Over such the second death has no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and they will reign with him for a thousand years.<\/p>\n

Micah 4:1-4 (ESV)
\n<\/strong>1 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0It shall come to pass in the latter days<\/span> that the mountain of the house of the LORD<\/span> shall be established as the highest of the mountains,<\/span> and it shall be lifted up above the hills;<\/span> and peoples shall flow to it,<\/span>
\n2 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0and many nations shall come, and say: \u201cCome, let us go up to the mountain of the LORD,<\/span> to the house of the God of Jacob, that he may teach us his ways<\/span> and that we may walk in his paths.\u201d For out of Zion shall go forth the law,<\/span> and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.
\n3 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0He shall judge between many peoples, and shall decide for strong nations far away; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war anymore;
\n4 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0but they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree, and no one shall make them afraid, for the mouth of the LORD of hosts has spoken. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Psalm 33:11 (ESV)
