I. We Are Warned Concerning The Wrong Location <\/b><\/h3>\n
(for our treasures) <\/b><\/h3>\n
\n<\/strong>15 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0Then He said to them, “Beware, and be on your guard against every form of greed; for not even<\/i> when one has an abundance does his life consist of his possessions.”<\/span>
\n16 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0And He told them a parable, saying, “The land of a rich man was very productive.<\/span>
\n17 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0“<\/span>And he began reasoning to himself, saying, ‘What shall I do, since I have no place to store my crops?’<\/span>

\n<\/strong>1 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0Come now, you rich, weep and howl for your miseries which are coming upon you.
\n2 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0Your riches have rotted and your garments have become moth-eaten.
\n3 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0Your gold and your silver have rusted; and their rust will be a witness against you and will consume your flesh like fire. It is in the last days that you have stored up your treasure! <\/span><\/p>\nII. We Are Encouraged Concerning The Right Location <\/b><\/h3>\n

\n<\/strong>17 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0Instruct those who are rich in this present world not to be conceited or to fix their hope on the uncertainty of riches, but on God, who richly supplies us with all things to enjoy.
\n18 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0Instruct them<\/i> to do good, to be rich in good works, to be generous and ready to share,
\n19 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0storing up for themselves the treasure of a good foundation for the future, so that they may take hold of that which is life indeed.<\/p>\n
\n5 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0Listen, my beloved brethren: did not God choose the poor of this world to be<\/i> rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom which He promised to those who love Him?<\/p>\n
