Our God will fight for us.&#8221; 21 So we carried on the work with half of them holding spears from dawn until the stars appeared. 22 At that time I also said to the people, &#8220;Let each man with his servant spend the night within Jerusalem so that they may be a guard for us by night and a laborer by day.&#8221; 23 So neither I, my brothers, my servants, nor the men of the guard who followed me, none of us removed our clothes, each took his weapon even to the water.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>1. But if when you do what is right and suffer <i>for it<\/i> you patiently endure it, this <i>finds<\/i> favor with God.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>1 Peter 4:16 (NASB) <\/b><br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">16 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0but if <i>anyone suffers<\/i> as a Christian, he is not to be ashamed, but is to glorify God in this name.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>James 1:3-4 (NASB)<br \/>\n<\/b> <sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance.<br \/>\n<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0And let endurance have <i>its<\/i> perfect result, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>1 Corinthians 15:58 (NASB)<br \/>\n<\/b><sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">58 <\/span><\/sup>\u00a0Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your toil is not <i>in<\/i> vain in the Lord.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>2.
