{"id":1567,"date":"2014-11-02T15:04:58","date_gmt":"2014-11-02T19:04:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.crossroadchristianfellowship.org\/?p=1567"},"modified":"2014-11-02T15:05:14","modified_gmt":"2014-11-02T19:05:14","slug":"jesus-on-healing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.crossroadchristianfellowship.org\/?p=1567","title":{"rendered":"Jesus On Healing"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Message by Trey Hall<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.crossroadchristianfellowship.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/rec1102-113309.mp3\">rec1102-113309<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mark 2:1-12 (NIV) <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0<sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 <\/span><\/sup>A few days later, when Jesus again entered Capernaum, the people heard that he had come home. <sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2 <\/span><\/sup>So many gathered that there was no room left, not even outside the door, and he preached the word to them. <sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3 <\/span><\/sup>Some men came, bringing to him a paralytic, carried by four of them. <sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4 <\/span><\/sup>Since they could not get him to Jesus because of the crowd, they made an opening in the roof above Jesus and, after digging through it, lowered the mat the paralyzed man was lying on. <sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5 <\/span><\/sup>When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, &#8220;Son, your sins are forgiven.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6 <\/span><\/sup>Now some teachers of the law were sitting there, thinking to themselves, <sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7 <\/span><\/sup>&#8220;Why does this fellow talk like that? He&#8217;s blaspheming! Who can forgive sins but God alone?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">8 <\/span><\/sup>Immediately Jesus knew in his spirit that this was what they were thinking in their hearts, and he said to them, &#8220;Why are you thinking these things? <sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">9 <\/span><\/sup>Which is easier: to say to the paralytic, &#8216;Your sins are forgiven,&#8217; or to say, &#8216;Get up, take your mat and walk&#8217;? <sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">10 <\/span><\/sup>But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins&#8230;.&#8221; He said to the paralytic, <sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">11 <\/span><\/sup>&#8220;I tell you, get up, take your mat and go home.&#8221; <sup><span style=\"color: #000000;\">12 <\/span><\/sup>He got up, took his mat and walked out in full view of them all. This amazed everyone and they praised God, saying, &#8220;We have never seen anything like this!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Life Mission:<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>To encourage hope found in Christ and to teach wisdom and perspective.<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Wisdom Observations:<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">1. Real\u00a0ministry has no boundaries of time and place.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">2. Pursuing Jesus should place action over emotion.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">3.
