\n22\u00a0\u201cNo, not seven times,\u201d Jesus replied, \u201cbut seventy times seven!
\n23\u00a0\u201cTherefore, the Kingdom of Heaven can be compared to a king who decided to bring his accounts up to date with servants who had borrowed money from him. 24\u00a0In the process, one of his debtors was brought in who owed him millions of dollars. 25\u00a0He couldn\u201d\u2122t pay, so his master ordered that he be sold\u201d\u201dalong with his wife, his children, and everything he owned\u201d\u201dto pay the debt.<\/p>\n
\n28\u00a0\u201cBut when the man left the king, he went to a fellow servant who owed him a few thousand dollars. He grabbed him by the throat and demanded instant payment.
\n29\u00a0\u201cHis fellow servant fell down before him and begged for a little more time. \u201d\u02dcBe patient with me, and I will pay it,\u201d\u2122 he pleaded. 30\u00a0But his creditor wouldn\u201d\u2122t wait. He had the man arrested and put in prison until the debt could be paid in full.<\/p>\n
\n35\u00a0\u201cThat\u201d\u2122s what my heavenly Father will do to you if you refuse to forgive your brothers and sisters from your heart.\u201d<\/p>\n
